Ready to Go Meals

This year, we are offering ready-to-go meals for pick up at the EC roundabout on Saturday, April 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Host a Zoom or Teams party while bidding online in the comfort of your own home. Your four-course dinner will be expertly prepared by locally owned catering and event planning company, "The Perfect Pair" and includes a starter, salad, choice of entrée and choice of dessert. Dinner price is $65 per person. Pre-order your dinner by Friday, April 9.

 

Dinner Menu

  • Starter- Crab cake with lemon-caper aioli
  • Salad - NW salad with apple, blue cheese, dried cranberries & candied pecans with lemon shallot dressing
  • Entree - Choice of Herb Roasted Salmon or Beef Tenderloin with cremini mushroom sauce. Both entrees are served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and green beans with basil vinaigrette
  • Dessert- Choice of Flourless chocolate cake or Tiramisu in a jar

 

Wine Pairing

Pair your dinner of choice with a bottle of J.Bookwalter 2019 Readers Chardonnay or  2018 Readers Merlot for $35 each. J. Bookwalter is one of the most recognized boutique wineries in the Pacific Northwest, relying on meticulous winemaking, exceptional vineyards and decades long commitment to excellence to produce some of the world's finest wines.

  • The 2019 Readers Chardonnay has an opulent pale straw color and opens with aromas of green apples, fresh citrus and tropical notes. The flavor profiles on this wine awaken the palate with tropical pineapple and lively lemon, followed by the depth and subtle notes of jasmine and delicate floral aromas. the finish on this wine is plush, clean and generous.
  • The 2018 Readers Merlot is dark red in color and opens up with aromatics of black fruit, deep plum, spice, violets, and black tea. Focused on the palate, the big fruit continues to shine through with flavors of blackberries and dark spices. The soft tannin carries the wine to a long finish.
