Ad Specifications

Please submit your formatted ad and logo artwork to Cindy Huse at chuse@eastsidecatholic.org. Please
note that the catalog format is portrait orientation (vertical). Logos must be high resolution and at
least 300 dpi. Please submit your ad artwork and logo in two separate files:

1. Your ad should be black and white (color, if you are a Diamond, Platinum, or Gold sponsor), in PDF, JPG or PNG file format
2. Your color logo should be a color JPG or PNG with a transparent background
3. Full page ad size is: 4.5 x 7.5; half page ad size is: 4.5 x 3.5

Payment

Payment must be received on or before February 20, 2025, to ensure placement in the auction invitations and catalog. We accept payment by check made payable to: Eastside Catholic School. Please write “auction sponsorship” in the memo line. Mail check to Eastside Catholic School, Attn: Cindy Huse, 232 228th Ave SE, Sammamish, WA 98074

Deadline: February 6, 2026
All or a portion of your sponsorship is potentially tax-deductible. Receipts will be provided after April 4, 2026.
